Evening Primrose Oil is extracted from the seed of the Evening Primrose Oil plant by the cold press method. It is a source of the essential fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and Linolenic acid (LA) known as Omega-6 fatty acids, and is involved in the production of prostaglandin.
