At HCL the packaging materials used are bottles and jars made from glass, HDPE and PET materials or Blister tray made from Alu Foil/PVDC/PVC materials. The closures can be screw or press cap and all are tamper evident. We package the solid form of product – tablets, hardshell capsules and softgel capsules, and powder form product. Final presentation of the packaged product is usually in shrink wrap form of varying configurations , placed in shipper cartons for delivery.
Our packaging staff are thoroughly trained in the procedures of the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regular refresher training is conducted on various aspects of the Code. HCL currently package health supplement products for several leading Australian health product companies. One of the advantages of being a small packaging business is that HCL can be flexible in meeting client urgent requirements, while at the same time maintaining a professional and caring approach to all product packaging that will meet the high quality expectations of our client.
HCL Manufacturers Pty Ltd also market a range of ORGANIC NATURE brand healthcare products. The range of high quality products includes vitamin, mineral and herbal formulations that are available for both domestic and export sales. The products are packaged in amber PET bottles with tamper evident white press on caps. Presentation of these products is in a clear film, shrink wrapped pack of 6 or 3 bottles a row, placed in shipper cartons for delivery.
HCL is also prepared to provide assistance to our export clients to enable them to successfully negotiate the introduction of the ORGANIC NATURE range of products into their home country. Adequate space is available on the product label to add consumer information in another language which HCL can arrange if required. For export sales HCL is able to provide all of the necessary product documentation – Product Specification, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product for export products - to satisfy the requirements of the Health authorities of the importing country.
HCL is a member of the AUSTRALIAN MADE Campaign and is proud to display their logo on all of the ORGANIC NATURE labels. On request , HCL will assist clients to develop their own brand name products. We are able to advise on the listing of products on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, assist with development and printing of product labels and package the client’s own brand products from our bulk supplies.
